    Bunkers Hill Care Home is a purpose built 78 bed care home situated on the outskirts of Lincoln. With surrounding landscaped gardens and private parking, the building is part of a new development which has close by amenities such as a cafe, post office, chemist, hairdresser and various shops.

    Bunkers Hill has a dedicated cook and catering staff who will explain flexible meal arrangements to the service user and cater to food choices and any special dietary requirements the service user may have.

    We are located behind the Carlton Centre off Outer Circle Road. Take the second road on the left after leaving Outer Circle along Carlton Boulevard. Follow the road to the end which brings you to Ross Close and we are on the corner.

    General Information

    The Care Home has an open visiting policy and friends and relatives are welcome at any time and do not require an appointment. We would however ask them to respect the normal sleeping hours.

    GP services are available, but we encourage you to retain your own GP if this is practicable.

    The Care Home has a no smoking policy and a senior member of staff will discuss with you if you have a need to smoke.

    There are 4 serverys in the Care Home where meals and snacks are available at any time. In the interest of Health and Safety access to the servery is restricted to staff only.

    We encourage service users to eat in the designated dining areas but meals are available in bedrooms if this is the service user’s choice.

    Within the Care Home there are a number of specialist aids to help improve daily living and the quality of life.

    We welcome any comments and suggestions that you may have to improve the standard of care and the quality of your residence in the Home.
