Hill House

Hill House care home is situated 3 miles outside the market town of Market Rasen in the Lincolnshire Wolds. Hill House’s care home is also accompanied by two 3 bedroom detached houses within the grounds which are available for supported living. Horse World Equestrian Centre neighbours the Home and has the unique experience of caring for and riding horses. On-site parking is also available and there is a pleasant garden with sensory garden and patio area. Hill House’s rural location provides a calming environment and excellent access to serene woodland walks.

General Information

Hill House offers an extensive range of residential care to basic personal care for 27 adults of all ages with learning disabilities whilst also offering respite care and a day care service. An extensive range of daily activities within and outside of the home are of paramount importance at Hill House care home and service users are encouraged to participate.
 
All meals are prepared on site by an experienced chef who offers an abundance of meal choices per meal and caters for all special dietary requirements and specific personal preferences.
 
GP services are available, however you may wish to retain your own GP if this is practicable.
 
The home is equipped with its own MPV as well as a wheelchair accessible mini bus which allows service users the freedom to become integrated within the local community.
