user, cater to food choices and any special dietary requirements
the service user may have.

General Information
The Care Home has an open visiting policy, friends
and relatives are welcome at any time and do not require an appointment.
We would however ask them to respect normal sleeping hours.
GP services are available, but we encourage you to retain your own GP if this is practicable.
The Care Home has a no smoking policy and a senior member of staff will discuss with you if you have a need to smoke.
There are 4 serverys in the Care Home where meals and snacks are available at any time. In the interest of Health and Safety access to the servery is restricted to staff only.
We encourage service users to eat in the designated dining areas but meals are available in bedrooms if this is the service user’s choice.
Within the Care Home there are a number of specialist aids to help improve daily living and the quality of life.
We welcome any comments and suggestions that you may have to improve the standard of care and the quality of your residence in the Home. top |
