General Information

The Care Home has an open visiting policy, friends and relatives are welcome at any time and do not require an appointment. We would however ask them to respect the normal sleeping hours.

GP services are available, but we encourage you to retain your own GP if this is practicable.

Valley View has its own washing machine and tumble dryer where all laundry is washed within the home.

A sensory room has been specially equipped and decorated to enable service users, time out on a one-to-one basis, in a relaxing, secure, sensory environment.

Valley View has its own private garden with a large patio area for the use of Service Users.
